This Privacy Policy explains how Upscale ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Bebin Prakash, collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use the Upscale platform at upscale.bebinprakash.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

• Profile information — UPSC target year, preferred subjects, and other onboarding data you voluntarily provide.
• Usage data — pages visited, games played, scores, streak counts, XP points, and timestamps of activity generated automatically as you use the Service.
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referral URL, and similar technical data collected automatically by our servers.
• Payment information — if you subscribe to a paid plan, payment details are processed directly by our third-party payment processor (Razorpay). We do not store full card numbers.

• Create and manage your account and deliver the core features of the Service.
• Personalise your learning experience and track your progress.
• Process subscription payments and manage billing.
• Send transactional emails (e.g. password resets, payment receipts).

Our payment processor (Razorpay) sets its own cookies on our subscription pages. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. Separately, our servers keep standard access logs (IP address, browser type, referral URL) which we review in aggregate to understand usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but because the cookies we use are essential, the Service will not function without them.

• Service providers — third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing) under confidentiality obligations.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
